Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging intact
• Return request initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for return or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at retrogiftlab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions (usually within 24-48 hours)
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
